Treysin Fereday Obituary (2020 - 2024)

It is with heavy hearts that we celebrate the life of a resilient and spirited soul, Treysin, born on March 30, 2020, in Ogden, UT, who so beautifully graced our lives for a brief but impactful time. Treysin, an inspiring presence, was known for his infectious laughter and his unique ability to make anyone feel adored. His radiant smile, coupled with an excitement that could only be captured by his little nose scrunch and tongue-out, full-body joy, made him a beacon of love and peace to all who knew him. From the time he was born, he radiated positive energy to anybody in the room. Always having a smile on his face, complimented by that contagious belly laugh, he lit up the room with his warm glow. Treysin defied Dr's odds time after time. He went to countless procedures & appointments. Dr's would take measurements, perform their tests, and just scratch their heads at how he could overcome each threshold. He did it because of his strength and all the love that supported him. Hearing the challenges Treysin overcame would make you wonder how his life was, while carrying a smile to each appointment. Between that he was giggling in his swing as everybody got the honor to take turns pushing him, it was blanket forts with his brothers, it was chasing his brothers around with Kylie or Jake holding him while playing "zombies", it was rocking out to music on the boat as the sun was going down, it was laughing at Brecksin and Kaisin as they would twirl in circles in front of him, it was his curious blue eyes looking up at the enormity of the Redwoods, it was helping make decisions for the person who held him as he sat on their laps during family game night, it was racing his brothers up and down the driveway in his canam while his brothers were on their bikes. Treysin lit up our lives and brought irreplaceable sense of happiness to anybody. No matter what kind of a day you had, he knew how to shake you out of it. Even if that meant pulling on your beard or your hair, and oh man he could pull haha. Treybey will always be the light in our hearts & proof that you can do anything. All it takes is having a strong heart and caring soul like his. His mother, Kylie Daugherty, and father, Jake DuFresne, along with his grandfather Chad Daugherty and grandmothers, Cassandra Daugherty and Paula Rubanov, will forever cherish the light that Treysin brought into their lives. Treysin, or Treybey, as he was affectionately known, will always be remembered for his strength and his ability to make the most of every moment. In his own tongue-out, full-body excitement way, he seemed to say, "Buh buh buhbuh buh aahhhh hahah,” reminding us all of the joy and laughter he brought to our world.
