Rory V Baldwin, born December 16th, 1956 in Murray Utah, was freed from the pains of his earthly body at the age of 64 on Tuesday January 12th, 2021. He passed peacefully in his home in Heber City Utah, surrounded by his loving wife and children. He married Juanita (Hansen) Baldwin on August 26th, 1989 and together they have carried a love for, and connection to, each other that is incomparable to any most will see in their lifetime. \n\nRory is survived by:\nChildren Jesse Baldwin, Chandra (Baldwin) Howard, Benjamin (Sheri) Baldwin and Dusty (Baldwin) Smith. \nStep-daughters (whom he loved as his own children) Jessica, Brooke and Chelsey Taylor.\nSiblings Danna (Dick) Gayler, Kay Hale, Joyce Paschall, Terry (Rhonda) Baldwin, Vicki (Dennis) Hansen, Brent (Kami) Baldwin, Jeri (Steve) Jacobs.\nHe is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.\n\nRory was preceded in death by:\nParents, Enid L. (Erickson) Baldwin and Dan N. Baldwin. Brothers Clark Baldwin and Allan Baldwin and brothers-in-law Roger Hale and Mike Paschall.\n\nRory was known to have a huge heart and an engineering mind. His experience with mechanics started in high school and that experience, as well as constant education as cars became more computerized, made him a true “car doctor”. \n\nHe had a great passion for fishing and would do it any chance he got, even if it meant getting up at 5am to drop a line before heading in to the shop for the day. His love of playing games (especially card games) has been shared with his children and others close to him, to the point of gaming becoming a large part of their lives. He also enjoyed gardening, sharing time with family and friends and music. No one could argue that Rory’s favorite thing in the world was hearing his children sing. He'll be greatly missed.
