Obituary for \r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Otto Blaine McDonald\n\n\r\n\t\t\t\tOtto Blaine McDonald, age 76, passed away on Friday, August 31, 2018. He was the first born to Athel and Leila Gasser McDonald on January 26, 1942 at his grandmothers home in Payson. He lived in Springville his whole life. He was a hard worker and hauled hay for many local farmers and employed by the LDS Church on the farm in Springville. He could be spotted all over town riding one of his favorite bikes or at his favorite place to get a drink and a bite to eat at Jakes. Blaine was a simple pure soul. He will be missed by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his Brother John J. McDonald and Sister Verla Jean Kinser. He is survived by Wayne, Roger, Randy McDonald all of Springville. The family would like to thank Jakes Brookside Service, especially Jerry Faulkner and Lisa Hamilton for their tender friendship.\n\nFuneral services will be held at 11:00am on Friday, September 7, 2018 in the Kolob 8th Ward, 840 South 400 East, Springville. A viewing will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Nelson Family Mortuary, 4780 N. University Ave., Provo. An additional viewing be held at 10:00 am prior to services on Friday at the Church. Interment will be held in the Heber City Cemetery.
