Michael Clark Martinez-Forbush unexpectedly passed away at his home in Orem, Utah on July 25, 2017. Michael was born July 7, 1982 to Tiffani Karsch and Mike Martinez.

Michael enjoyed baseball, fishing, camping, sketching, and tinkering. He was a smart alec and a jokester. He thrived on people's laughter.

He is survived by his parents Jeff and Tiffani Karsch of Midvale, and Mike Martinez of Orem, Don and Nicci Forbush of Payson, and Kelly Sorensen of Ogden; grandmothers Nancy Christiansen of Orem, Sharon Forbush of Springville, Helen Martinez of Orem; siblings sister Amber Madsen of Santaquin, brother Scott Forbush of Orem, sister Autum Farnsworth of Orem, Glen Forbush of Payson, Nathan Forbush of Goshen, sister Shannon of Payson, and brothers Beau and Kody Sorensen of Vernal, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his Grandma and Grandpa Bowler, Grandpa Martinez, Grandpa Forbush and Grandma Karsch, as well as his uncles Boyd, Clark, and Richard.

Memorial services will be held Friday, August 4th 2017 at 11:00 am at Nelson Family Mortuary, 4780 N. University Ave, Provo, UT. Friends and family may gather an hour prior to services.
