Maysan Stevenson

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Maysan Lee Stevenson, who tragically took his own life on January 13, 2025. He will be remembered for his love of camping, playing games, working on trucks, his artist creativity and the love he shared with family and friends. Although he battled with mental health struggles, his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.

Survived by his parents Christopher Stevenson and Leslee(Jeremy Cope) Stevenson. His birth mother Nada Aliece Mattinson-Dravage, his siblings Ethan(Raegen Price) Stevenson, Lillee Cope, Raigen(Kenyon Farnsworth) Cope, Preslee Stevenson. Honorary siblings: Cameron Clark, Matthew Chadwick and Robert Shell. Grandparents: Craig(Elo) Stevenson, Charlotte Grotegut, Linda (Ray) Brown, Scott(Lori) Grotegut, and his great grandma Virginia Stevenson.

Proceeded in death by: Grandpa Bear-Ronald Stevenson and his favorite cocker spaniel Olive.

We would like to extend a special thanks to Ceejay Olsen and Jaimee Van Leuven for being with him to the end.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday January 18, 2025 from 4-6 PM at 157 E 300 N Spanish Fork, Utah in his honor.
