Our beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend Marlene Faye Sorenson (Hamilton) (41), of Orem, Utah returned home to Heavenly Father on September 28, 2017 after a long struggle with diabetes. She is survived by her children Samantha (19), Kennady (18), Devani (16), and Taylor (13), her mother Mary Lee Hamilton, her 6 sisters and 3 brothers. While she left many behind she was excited to reunite with her father Wallace Fox Hamilton, whom she missed dearly for the past nine years.

Marlene’s greatest joy in life was being a mother to her four beautiful children. She took great pride in their many accomplishments. She had a tremendous love for children and spoiled her many nieces and nephews any chance she had.

Marlene taught us by example to be loving and accepting of all people. She was always there to listen and support whoever came to her. She was genuine and excited for every life event of those around her. She loved music, dancing and anything fun! We are grateful for the many joyful memories and moments we got to spend with her.
