With heavy hearts we announce that Karen Anderson Heiss, born 14 February 1958 in Phoenix, Arizona, passed away peacefully in the Payson Mountain View Hospital on 9 November 2018 after a week-long battle with sepsis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George Albert and Delsa Smithson Anderson, and her sister, Susan Anderson Mickelson. She will be fondly remembered by her husband, Reid Spencer Heiss, their five children—Andrew (Nancy) Heiss, Katharine (Todd) Tangreen, Sarah Lewis, Emily (Morgan) Craner, Jacob (Shayla) Heiss—their 12 (+) grandchildren, and her siblings—Dorothy, John, Clark, Rulon, Larry, and Linda.

Her memorial service will be held at 1:00 on 17 November 2018 at the Sunnyridge Chapel, 1470 E 130 N, Spanish Fork, Utah. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Karen’s memory to her favorite charity at http://www.providingchange.com/.
