On Monday, December 6th, 2021, our beloved Jasmyn Lefagaoali’i Kuuipo Nuga-Tuimaseve returned home to our father in heaven. Faga, as many knew her, was a cherished daughter, sister, friend, and aunty to her nieces and nephews and will be deeply missed. \n\nFaga was born in Carson, CA on April 8th, 1974, as the oldest child to Lanselota and Pandora Nuga-Tuimaseve. She is now reunited with her father, Lanselota and niece Kenley, and survived by mother Pandora, brothers Foki, Lolo, Senga, and Kenneth, sister Jennifer, in-laws Ashley, Kaimi, Nicole, and Katoa, and her beloved nieces and nephews, Paige, Andrew, Hunter, Megan, Jenalei, Alexa, Eliza, Seth, Bubbi, Kenzie, Maeson, Keaton, Jalyn, Jeida, Hallie, Maddox, Maverick, Leo, and Journi. Faga loved her family and would do anything for “the babies.” \n\nFaga grew up in Laie, HI and was a proud “Laie Girl”, attending Laie Elementary and Kahuku High School, class of 1992, where she was voted “class clown” three years in a row. Her humor and quick wit will be greatly missed by family and friends. Faga impacted many as she was a friend to all. Faga resiliently fought health struggles for 25 years and dedicated her life to serving others in any way that she could, still serving even into her final week. \n\nFuneral services will be held this Friday, December 17th at Orem 9th chapel (80 S 280 E Orem, UT). Family service will be from 9am-12pm followed by the Bishop’s service from 1:00-2:30pm. The burial will be at the entrance of the Orem Cemetery (1520 N 800 E Orem, UT) following the Bishop’s service. A “Laie Style” sendoff luncheon will follow at the chapel. We invite those who love Faga to come celebrate her life with us and would like to sincerely express our appreciation for the outpour of love, comfort, visits, gifts, and more.\n\nFaga was so loved and will be missed by many! Fa’afetai tele lava.
