Obituary for Chase Cooper Martin Chase Cooper Martin, son of Michael and Jasmine, age two months, passed away on July 17, 2016 in Payson. Chase was always happy and fun to be around. He brought smiles to the faces of everyone he met. He enjoyed car rides, talking to his mom and dad, talking to the birds on his swing and playing on his toy mat. Chase loved to smile at everyone and everything. His presence will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday July 22, 2016 at Nelson Family Mortuary, 4780 N. University Avenue, Provo, UT. There will be a viewing on Thursday July 21, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the mortuary and from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m on Friday, prior to services. Interment will be at the Spanish Fork Cemetery.
