Arianna (Ari) Mystee Matchie\n\nDaughter of Lua Ruth Asisi and Justin Matchie, passed from a valiant battle against cancer in the comfort of her home and surrounded by family on June 21, 2021. Arianna was born in American Fork, UT on June 28, 2008 and although she had traveled and seen many places, Provo and our beautiful mountains was always her home.\n \nAri will be remembered as being fun, adventurous, creative, and caring. Her joyful attitude was powerful enough to fill every room she entered with pure happiness. Ari was a fan of the performing arts. She loved performing alongside her friends at Legacy Dance Studios in theater productions and hip-hop performances. Very rarely would you catch Ari without her nose deep into a book. Hunger Games, Harry Potter, Divergent Series…you name it, she could likely tell you all about it (and then some).\n \nAbove all, Ari loved her family. Time spent with family was more valuable than most things in life. She loved fishing with her Grandpa and getting back scratches from her Grandma. Ari looked forward to every chance she had to spend time with her cousins; playing games like Mafia, Just Dance and Countries. Some of her favorite family traditions were Grandma's holiday baking day and summers in Bear Lake. When Ari was six, her and her mom, moved in with her Aunty Ela and cousin Daniel both of whom played important roles in her life. It is doubtful that you’ll ever find a home more full of love and support than theirs. Ari was fortunate to have an extensive family, all of which loved her and will sincerely miss her.
