Antonio Oriondes Martins passed away on April 6, 2022 at the age of 88, at his home in Provo, Utah. He was born on February 19th, 1934 in the city of Clevelândia, Paraná in southern Brazil. He endured a series of minor strokes in recent years. Despite his limitations he enjoyed eating out and receiving all the attention he could get. \nOne of his favorite things to say was that the most important decisions he ever made was to marry Hilda and follow a life of faith based on the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. He met the love of his life when Hilda was only seventeen. It was love at first sight. They got married on December 17th 1955 and together had 7 children. Carlos, Sonia, Sandra, Celia, Luis, Oriondes, and Sergio.\nHe lost his father at the age of 11 and very early learned the art of trading. Became a savvy businessman and made a living as a salesman. He loved chatting with his friends. Perfect strangers would become his best friend in a heartbeat. He was a hard worker, extremely charismatic, kind, and eager to help anyone in need. He was a fabulous dancer and loved dancing with his wife. The contagious sound of his laughter will be in the hearts of those who had the privilege to have met him and he will be with them always.
